Mine's, well... true to form.

I have a widescreen laptop, so the forum cuts it off a little on the side.

Hey, now.

My laptop is my buddy. You mess with my laptop, you mess with me. :nerdy:

And actually, once configured properly (after about four hours of configuring), Vista is nice.

I have nothing against the laptop. But WIndows VIsta is the worst thing I have ever touched. Even if I roll near a Vista computer without even touching it, it crashes. 8O

Mine has never crashed on me. The reason it crashed for you was because it wasn't configured right. When you first get a Vista computer, it has all this extra sh#t enabled that bogs it down and makes it crash. You have to go in and disable all that. Once you do, it runs sweet as a nut. This machine runs good enough to play the Half-Life games and Portal (which is a brand new game that has high graphics).

Here is a picture: http://666kb.com/i/b0aqaia7qmglgyfc1.gif (EDIT: converted to a link because of its hugeness)

my background is in the color #314B4C. IE: like this. I guess I just don't like too fancy desktops :xD:

Here is my desktop on my DELL Latitude D400. That screenshot is outdated (19/Aug taken).
I am running XP on it, the side bar is Google Desktop. And yes, the taskbar is up the top because I put it there.

Thanks RCM, for answering my question earlier.
