In the United States of America if you have an alcohol level of over .08 you will be arrested but in Brazil they have what some have called a dry law which is if you have more than .02 of alcohol in your system you can be arrested. In my opinion any laws and/or amendments that define marriage as an exclusive union between a man and woman violates the 14th amendment equal protection clause and are thus invalid.
